It’s a new E583C mobile WiFi hotspot. Like the similar MiFi devices, the E583C converts 3.5G HSPA mobile signal into WiFi offering WiFi hotspots for WiFi-enabled devices.

Huawei’s E583C is capable of handling simultaneous internet access to five WiFi devices and to a sixth device when it is connected via a USB cable. The device supports 3.5G HSPA up to 5.76Mbps (uplink) and 7.2Mbps (downlink). It comes with a 1-inch color OLED display and a microSD card slot supporing up to 32GB card.

The E583C supports the following standards:
